This
man is unique when it comes to Number 2. Unique because not only is he Chairman
of The Village, the Chief Administrator, he’s also on the Board of Education.
As well as being the only Number 2 to be seen dressed as a Top Hat official of
Administration! I wonder if he carries out funerals on the side?
