The Therapy Zone

The Schizoid Man
The way No.6 tried to prove his identity, that in fact he is No.6, is by the use of Dr. Rhine's deck of psychic cards which he invented in the 1920's, along with No.24-Alison. However originally the way that Alison was to distinguish between the pair of 6's, was by a kiss. Yet Pat McGoohan's refusal to kiss a girl on screen, lead to the change in script, which resulted in what we see in ‘The Schizoid Man.’

Attack Of The Rovers!
It was once suggested that when No.6 is in the water, after diving overboard from that jet boat in Free For All, that to avoid that white membranic village guardian, No.6 could have dived underwater and swam away.
Furthermore, that seeing as how No.6 was allowed to water-ski in the episode of Its Your Funeral, that he might persuade No.2 in allowing him to partake of another water sport - aqua diving. Then No.6 could escape the village underwater.     Well its a theory I suppose, and would have made for a good underwater action sequence. But it would seem that the village guardian - Rover, needs to break surface in order to activate its search for its intended prey. But having said that, it would have been interesting to see how Rover behaves underwater whilst in perused of its prey.

Who's job is it to move those stone busts around the Village I wonder? I only though this because that stone bust of Voltaire is seen in different locations throughout the Village, sometimes in two different places in one episode! A heavy job? Not really, I mean the busts were not really made out of stone, concrete or resin at the most I should imagine.

Be seeing you
