Caught On Camera

   In the episode of 'Hammer Into Anvil,' Number 2 at finding the message sent by Number 6 "Pat-at-cake, pat-a-cake bakers man, bake me a cake as fast as you can..." is in code, a new code and the computer isn't programmed for it! Number 2 suddenly storms out of the Cipher Room, and trips up on his way out. Deliberately, or by accident on the part of the actor Patrick Cargill?
