If you look closely at the above picture, you will see a taxi driver sitting alongside the figure of the Prisoner. Now you might be forgiven for thinking that this picture was taken from Arrival, and in a way you would be right. However this frame of film was taken from Fall Out during the evacuation of the village. So if this is the Prisoner, who is that in the cage aboard the lorry? Or perhaps this is No.1, who was able to vacate the rocket just before it blasted off out of its silo. On the other hand, if this is the Prisoner, I'd say his arrival in the village is somewhat previous!
