That's the thing about Two, he's such a kindly old gentleman at heart. See here as he hands school girl 1,100 an ice cream........just a pity he doesn't actually give the girl time to eat the ice cream before two has 1,100 taken away in a black Bedford van to the Therapy Zone for treatment!
I find this to be a very telling image!
