Do the readers think that prior to 'Fall Out,' the character No.6 had any perception that No.1 was his alter ego?
No. Although the two characters are complementary, like the two sides of one and the same coin, they do not necessarily know (about) each other. And that's not only because the "Fall Out" script or the episode stands out from the rest. I'd maintain this assuming some form of underlying continuity. - BCNU!
