It looks like the two series of the Prisoner have merged. In THEPRIS6NER09 the black Bedford van is used to take citizens to either the Clinic, or worse........the Therapy Zone!
And in the real world....... I am unbale to make out the text on the side of the van, but in all proability it has something to do with the hire of the Allouette helicopter.
