Thought For The Day
I thought No.6 took it quite calmly at the end of The Chimes of Big Ben, simply to walk away like that with Fotheringay, and Nadia standing on the steps of the Recreation Hall. Certainly No.6 knew that he had been betrayed on all fronts, Nadia as a plant, and by those on his own side. Ah, but the Prisoner-No.6 didn't have a 'side' anymore, he'd resigned from all that!
And as No.6 slowly made his way back to his cottage, even the public address announcer had to have a dig at No.6's expense "Good evening citizens, your local Council wishes to announce another exciting competition....the subject this time, Sea Scapes!"
