Little Bo-Peep who always knows where to find her sheep! In other words the lovely Norma West as No.240, an Observer who gets to know those she watches, but who never get to know here. She was also the Prisoner's prosecutor during the trial scene of 'Dance of the Dead.' And yet she protested at the sentence, and after the trial she was no longer No.6's Observer, and we never see her again!
