Caught On Camera!
Surveillance cameras are everywhere in the Village. Some like this one, are a bit blatant!
Just imagine the Department of Visual Records, all those reels of surveillance footage on 35mm film, the room it would all take up! I bet they couldn't wait for the Village to go digital!
I didn't aim at this but you're right. The space required to store all the reels properly and, important, the indexes on paper files. An impossible mission in analogue times. However the Village would find a way wouldn't it! - BCNU!
That's perhaps to demonstrate and hint at the fact that real 35 mm equipment was used. - BCNU!
