Fall Out - What was the motivating force behind the episode?
Probably to get the episode finished and in the can! After all the screening of the Prisoner had long since begun, and certain people were screaming out for an ending which Patrick McGoohan had long since promised, and the screening of the series had already been interrupted once, when two Danger Man episodes Koroshi and Shinda Shima had to be screened to fill in.
